'QUOYEDEN' is a recently refurbished 3 bedroom bungalow, (with Byre, currently under renovation) situated in the south parish area of South Ronaldsay and enjoys surrounding views over agricultural land, with a lovely sea view. Literally 5 minutes walk to Newark Bay, which is reputed to have one of the best sandy beaches in Orkney. (See the gallery)

The burner in the living room will burn logs (not that many available in the Orkneys) and coal which can be bought locally. Perfect for a cosy night in!

BATHROOM The bathroom is situated just inside the front door, to the front of the cottage. Toilet, wash hand basin with bath and electric shower over. |
